JEWELLERY BY DEANNE (“JBD”)
PLACING AN ORDER
When placing an Order, you undertake that all information given is accurate and complete. All Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Once you have placed an Order, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted.
Your Credit Card will be charged for the full value of the goods when your order is placed. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil any part of the order, we will refund your card as soon as practical and, in any case, within 14 days.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. The advertised delivery charge will be added to your order value.
DELIVERY
Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of being accepted, to arrive with UK customers within three to five working days.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order.
JEWELLERY CARE
JBD Jewellery is sterling silver, silver gold and rose gold plated, rhodium plated, stainless steel, surgical steel and pearls. All jewellery is hypoallergenic and nickel free.
We advise that no liquids (including perfume, moisturisers and cleaning fluids) come into contact with the jewellery as this may cause dis-colourisation. JBD cannot be held accountable for this and cannot accept returns in this case.
RETURNS POLICY
You may return products (with the exception of pierced earrings) within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange as long as the products show no signs of having been worn. Please return items in their original box or pouch.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty or not as ordered, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the product to JBD.
PAYMENT
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card or debit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Stripe and Paypal.
All prices quoted are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT.
Prices are valid for sales within the United Kingdom, for outside the UK please ask for a quote.
CONFORMITY OF GOODS
JBD takes every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct. However, specifications and descriptions of products on our website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products.
DISCLAIMER & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Whilst JBD takes all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, it does not guarantee that your use of this website will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss or corruption of any material in transit or date when downloaded onto any computer system.
The entire liability of JBD under or in connection with any contract for any products to which these conditions apply shall not exceed the price of these products, except as expressly provided in these conditions.
LAW & TERRITORY
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
The website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law.
